SignalPro Pulse — Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

SignalPro Pulse ("we", "our", "the app") provides AI-generated options and stock signal alerts via a mobile application. We are not a registered investment advisor. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment advice.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Name and email address provided at registration.
Usage data: Signals viewed, credits purchased and consumed, Go Live session duration, notification preferences, and device push token (for FCM notifications).
Purchase data: Credit pack purchase history and transaction IDs processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe handles payment processing.
Device data: Device type and OS version (used for push notification delivery and crash diagnostics only).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to: deliver signal notifications to your device; maintain your credit balance and purchase history; improve signal quality and scanner performance; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

4. Data Sharing

Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs card data.
Google Firebase (FCM): Push notification delivery. Your device push token is shared with FCM solely to deliver notifications you have opted into.
Alpaca Markets / Finnhub: Market data providers. Your ticker queries are sent to these services to retrieve real-time quotes. No personally identifiable information is shared.
Anthropic (Claude API): AI thesis generation uses anonymized signal parameters only — no user identifiers are included in API calls.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Credit transaction history is retained for 7 years for financial recordkeeping. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@signalpropulse.com.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell data). EU residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Contact us at support@signalpropulse.com to exercise any right.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. We use industry-standard security practices for our cloud infrastructure.

8. Children

SignalPro Pulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
