Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves significant risk of loss. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Tokens are a non-refundable in-app currency used to unlock signal details, AI Chat, and Go Live streaming. There are no subscriptions — all purchases are one-time token packs.
Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred. iOS purchases use Apple In-App Purchase; Android and web use Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account deletion.
SignalPro Pulse sources real-time and delayed market data from third-party providers including Alpaca Markets and Finnhub. Option pricing, strike selection, and Greeks are derived from real market bid/ask quotes when available.
When real-time market data is temporarily unavailable (e.g., API outages, data provider maintenance, rate limits, or outside market hours), the app may use the Black-Scholes mathematical model to generate estimated pricing. Such estimated data is clearly labeled in the app with a visible warning banner ("Estimated pricing — model") and dashed chart lines.
Model-estimated data is provided for informational and educational purposes only and may differ materially from actual market prices. Users should verify all pricing with their broker before placing any trade. Once real market data becomes available again, model-estimated signals are automatically refreshed with actual market data.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to real-time data. Third-party data providers may experience outages, rate limits, or service changes beyond our control.
You may not: scrape or automate access to the app or API; share your account credentials; attempt to reverse-engineer signal generation algorithms; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss. Complex multi-leg strategies (iron condors, butterflies, synthetic positions) involve multiple simultaneous option contracts and require sufficient account permissions and margin. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses, whether based on real market data or model estimates.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Data from third-party providers (Alpaca, Finnhub, AI models) is provided without warranty. Service interruptions, data delays, or inaccuracies from these providers are outside our control. We are not liable for any trading losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Account page or by emailing admin@sshrobotics.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
